If you need to return an item purchased from our webstore, please email online@osaaustralia.com.au, before returning the item.
Only items purchased via the OSA webstore can be returned to us. Anything purchased in store via a dealer must be returned to the same dealer.

If you change your mind about your purchase, we are very happy to exchange the item, as long as it is unopened, unused, and it is returned within 30 days of the original dispatch.
All postage costs for returning items will be at your expense unless it is faulty.
FAULTY ITEM
If your item is faulty, that is, it is not fit for purpose or end-use, or is defective in its manufacture, we will be very happy to give you a full refund or exchange it for another item. We will pay for all postage costs related to the faulty item.
