Photo Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
2. How to Enter: Share your best hunting photo, tag @osaaustralia & @mel.hunts, must be following both accounts, and use #osaxmelaction25 or #osaxmeltrophy25 to enter. Profiles must be public.
3. Entry Limit: Entrants may submit only one (1) photo per category. Entries must be original work from 2025, unedited, and not enhanced in any way. AI-generated or heavily altered images will not be accepted.
4. Entry Period: Competition runs from 10th March 2025 to 30th April 2025.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen by Mel Gray & OSA Australia and announced on 9th May 2025.
6. Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize:
• The winner will be contacted by OSA Australia via Instagram. Profiles must be public to be eligible.
• Winners must respond within 5 business days to claim their prize; otherwise, a new winner will be drawn.
7. Prize:
• 7.1The prize consists of $500 worth of product of the winner’s choice from the OSA product portfolio, calculated at recommended retail price (RRP) value of the selected product(s)(Prize).
• 7.2 The Prize is subject to stock availability and the winner must select from items in stock at the time of winning, unless otherwise agreed by OSA.
• 7.3 Should the winner wish to put any amount of the winning prize value towards a restricted item such as a firearm or ammunition, they must hold a valid firearms license, be able to comply with all national and state firearm ownership regulations at the time of purchase and any other conditions relating to purchase of restricted items reasonably required by OSA including, without limitation, providing sufficient proof of identity and evidence of the license held (i.e. their firearms licence number and/or a copy of the relevant licence).
• 7.4 OSA may, in its absolute discretion and without any obligation to provide a reason for refusal, refuse to allow the winner to redeem the Prize for restricted items.
• 7.5 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
• 7.6 The winner acknowledges and agrees that:
• (a) the Prize must be used in one (1) transaction. The winner is not entitled to redeem a proportion of the Prize at a later date, and should the entire value of the Prize not be claimed or used in the one transaction, any unused portion of the Prize will be forfeited by the winner; and
• (b) once the winner has advised OSA of the stock that it would like to put towards the Prize in accordance with clause 7.4, the winner is not entitled to change their order, unless otherwise agreed with OSA acting reasonably.
• 7.7 OSA reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
8. Content Use: By entering, you grant permission for your photo to be used by OSA Australia for promotional purposes.
9. Disqualification Rights: OSA Australia reserves the right to disqualify entries that:
• Contain inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content.
• Are not original, edited, or enhanced in any way.
• Do not comply with the competition rules.
10. Right to Modify or Cancel: OSA Australia reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., technical failures, lack of entries).
11. Liability: OSA Australia is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries due to technical issues. Entrants assume all risks in submitting their work.
12. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
