OSA distribute a large variety of products from a wide range of brands, each with varying terms and conditions of warranty. Because of this, we suggest that you first seek warranty information from the manufacturer.
Warranty claims regarding firearms, ammunition or reloading products must be processed through the dealer of purchase. For all other products that are damaged or faulty and covered under warranty, we advise that they be processed through the dealer that you purchased it from.
